All new customers needing to sign up for water services must fill out a water user agreement/right of way, application for water service and declaration of domicile. New customers will also need to provide a copy of their photo I.D., pay a $7.00 connection fee as well as a $75.00 deposit.

Please note… The right of way form must be notarized if it is not signed at our office. If you are a renter the right of way form is not required.

The US EPA has changed the Lead & Copper Rule after the lead contamination in Flint, Michigan. We are taking inventory of every service line in our system to identify any lead service lines and achieve a lead-free water utility. We need your help to complete an online survey to identify the material of your water line. You can request a paper copy by calling (270) 249-3709.
