If you are on Route 2, which are accounts starting with 0004 and 0005, the billing statement that were sent yesterday have the wrong “due by” date on it. It is actually due on 2-28-2026, with penalties being applied on 3-2-2026. 

Our new billing system normally defaults Rt 2 to the 30th of each month, and since there is no 30th this month, it defaulted to the current date.
